1. General:
CanvasCamp 's conditions of sales apply on all our offers, orders and agreements. By buying our products or accepting our offers you automatically accept these conditions of sale. Any deviation from these conditions can only occur upon written acceptance by CanvasCamp. We assume that prior to ordering you have familiarized yourself with these conditions. These conditions comply with the Belgian and European consumer laws.

2. Placing your order:
We offer 4 possibilities to place an order:

3. Prices and Payments:
The prices for the products and services are in Euros. VAT is included. Payments for products and services are made in advance. We reserve the right to change prices at a moment's notice. However, we honor the price that applies the product at the time of your order. Orders will not be processed until receipt of payment is confirmed.

Following payments are accepted:
• Cash upon pick up.
• Bank transfer;

• Bank cheque: add €16 or $25. 

4. Inventory:
"As long as supplies last", applies to all articles on this site. Although this site is continuously updated, situations may occur, through no fault of our own, that one or more article are undeliverable. If we are temporarily out of stock of your ordered item, you will be informed within 2 working days.

5. Delivery:
It is recommended that somebody is present at the delivery address during normal business hours and can sign for "receipt of goods". Delivery will take place within 15 working days after we received your payment.  If this delivery term can't be met, the customer will be informed and be given the opportunity to cancel the order.

6. Warranty and After-Sale Service:
It is the customer's responsibility to examine the goods, prior to signing for acceptance, for any visible damage or shortage. When visible damage or shortage occurs you must inform canvascamp.com within 7 working days.
Canvascamp.com guarantees the quality of its products. The warranty period on all our tents is 1 year. If there is a problem please notify our customer service, via e-mail: support@canvascamp.com. We will reply within 2 working days.
The warranty is null and void due to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Repair/alterations are made without consent of canvascamp.com
• Customer has no proof of purchase.
• Damages occurred through negligence.
To use our warranty services please submit the original invoice (you keep a copy) with the product. The warranty is excluding transportation cost back to CanvasCamp.com. The, under warranty repaired, goods will be returned to you at our expense.

7. Right of Refusal:
The customer has the right, to return the purchased item(s) within 30 working days starting from the day of signed receipt.
You can only use right of refusal when related goods are returned to us complete, undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Any transport costs are the responsibility of the client. This action on the customer's part cancels any agreement between the customer and canvascamp.com. This is conform to EG guidelines dated May 20,1997. The paid purchase price excluding delivery costs shall than be credited after receipt of goods in undamaged state. Delivery costs are not refundable. If the mistake was clearly that of canvascamp.com, than the delivery cost will be refunded.

8. Liability Exclusion:
The contents of this site, as well as the content of all other utterance, incl., CanvasCamp.com has been compounded with great care. We accept responsibility for its accuracy unless it is an obvious human mistake. We don't accept responsibility for any accident that might occur from/when using one of our products.

9. Data Confidentiality:
Customer data/information shall be handled with discretion. Under no circumstances shall CanvasCamp.com provide any information to third parties. 

10. In case your parcel gets lost:
- Zone 1:

  • We will start an inquiry 8 days after your item got shipped.
  • The same item will be send to you upon receiving the official confirmation, within 7 days, that your parcel has indeed been lost.
  • You will not be billed again for the item(s) or the shipping.

- Zone 2, 3 & 4:

  • We will start an official inquiry 21 days after your item got shipped.
  • a: You will be billed again if you choose to be send another tent that same day. You will receive a full refund (for the items purchased) as soon as we receive the confirmation that your item has indeed been lost and not signed for. 
    b) You await the official confirmation, up to 6 weeks depending on the country, that your parcel has indeed been lost before we ship you another one.
  • You will not be billed again for the item(s) but you will be asked to pay our shipping fees.
