The 304 stainless steel baking stone quickly reaches temperatures above 500°F, making it ideal for artisan style pizza as well as flat breads, fish, and meats. Plus, the large cooktop surface will accommodate multiple pots and pans simultaneously. When not using the stove as a baking oven, the entire burn chamber can be utilized for wood, offering good performance as an outdoor heat source.
