Absolutely. We understand that for large-scale projects, seeing the material is key. We offer material sample kits that include our high-performance canvas and technical textiles. For larger commercial deployments, we can also discuss demo units for site-testing and quality evaluation.

While most tent suppliers void their warranty the moment a structure is used for B2B or professional purposes, we take the opposite approach. We are the only company we know of that warranties our professional range with the same level of protection as our consumer products. We don't penalize you for being a professional; we engineer our tents to handle it.

Standard B2B orders for in-stock items can be returned within 30 days provided they are in original, unused condition. Please note that bespoke customizations and high-volume wholesale orders are non-returnable. We encourage all clients to review material samples and technical specs prior to finalizing their order.
