    The iron-on repair patch is a long lasting and easy fix for tips or tears in any canvas tent or bell tent. This patch will be very helpful in fixing holes and tears in the canvas of cotton tents. You can also fix other cotton products with this patch, such as jackets, windscreens and awnings. The patch comes in sand color.

    Instructions

    • Cut around the tear, so that there are no loose threads anymore and check that the cloth is clean and dry.
    • Warm the piece to be repaired about 10 seconds with a dry iron (no steam).
    • Then place the repair patch with the glued side on the crack and cover the whole with a thin cloth.
    • Put firm pressure on the repair cloth for 20 to 30 seconds and move the iron back and forth in the meantime.
    • For large tears or in places where there is a lot of tension on the canvas, you should stick a repair patch on both sides.
    • Finally, let the whole cool down well.
