Policy and Warranty

Warranty and After-Sales Service
Upon delivery, please check whether the delivered products match your order. If they do not, refuse the goods and/or notify us as soon as possible within 14 days of delivery.

We guarantee that all products we deliver meet general quality and usability standards. Delivered products come with a one-year warranty, effective immediately upon delivery. If any issues arise with our products, notify us via email, and our customer service team will respond within two business days.

Warranty Details:

• If you invoke the warranty, you are responsible for return shipping costs for defective goods.
• CanvasCamp will cover delivery costs for repaired products if the delivery address is in Western Europe.
• The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching and waterproofing) under proper use and maintenance as specified. It does not cover mold, damage from abnormal weather, or wear and tear.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• The product has been altered without CanvasCamp’s permission.
• The original receipt or invoice cannot be provided.
• The product was intentionally damaged, neglected, or poorly maintained.

To request a repair or exchange, send us a copy of the receipt or invoice.

Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales

As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

The right of withdrawal is valid only if the purchased products are returned in an undamaged, unused condition, complete with all parts, and in their original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt or invoice when returning a product.

Return Details:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once we receive the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping and any associated costs.

Exceptions:
Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.
