Exit I Mini Stove Jack
When using a tent stove in your tent, a modular tent stove jack is the best way to exit your flue pipe either through the top of the tent, or through a side wall if your stove allows for it. The Exit I Mini Stove Jack is the smallest flashing we offer and accepts stove pipes up to 7cm (4-3/4") in diameter. The stove jack is made out of stainless steel and galvanized rubber to securely hold hot flue pipe sections a safe distance away from the canvas. To make your pipe fit perfectly you can cut the rubber jack to the right diameter. All the hardware required for installation is included for quick and easy assembly. If you are using a bigger tent stove with a wider flue pipe, check out our larger stove jacks: Exit I or II.
One of the primary benefits of canvas is it's ability to breathe, thereby releasing the moisture that is always accumulating inside a tent. This becomes particularly pronounced in cooler weather when water begins to condense inside a tent. A wood stove is the perfect solution for this situation, driving moisture out while keeping its occupants warm and toasty while giving them the ability to cook food, warm water and dry their gear out.
Our Exit's enable you to fit any kind of stove and flue kit, anywhere you want in
Note: All CanvasCamp tents accept all models of stove jacks.
Make sure to leave about 1m (or 3 feet) of flue pipe in between the stove and the flashing installed in the canvas of your tent.
