CanvasCare Waterproofer

Keep your canvas in top condition with CanvasCare Waterproofer. Specially formulated for cotton and poly-cotton fabrics, this impregnating agent provides a durable coating that repels water, dirt, and harmful UV rays. Regular treatment helps prevent mould, weather stains, and leaks, ensuring your tent stays strong and reliable for years of use.

Easy Application

No dilution needed: apply only when the fabric is clean, dry, and free of soap residue. Spray generously on both sides of the canvas using a plant sprayer, brush, or roller until saturated. Allow the tent to dry completely, and wipe away any excess from PVC windows immediately with a damp cloth.

Performance

• Coverage: 8–12 m² per litre

• Approx. 3.5 L to 4.5 L needed for a Sibley 500 Series tent if unwashed with soap

• Approx. 7 L to 10 L required if the coating has been removed (washed with soap)
  

Versatile

Beyond tents, CanvasCare Waterproofer is also suitable for awnings, boat covers, convertible tops, backpacks, outdoor cushions, and garden furniture. It strengthens fabric fibres and stitching without altering breathability.

Safety & Use Tips

• Read the instructions on the container. 

• Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first.

• Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated space.

• Apply only at 15°C or above.

• Wear mask and eye protection when applying.
