Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders above $750 USD in the USA and $1,000 CAD in Canada. If you're shipping outside of the USA and Canada, reach out for a shipping quote.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by you during the checkout process (verified in your order confirmation email). Orders can only be cancelled if the order has not been processed by our fulfillment center. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, barring any unexpected delays.
CanvasCamp partners with the best couriers in the country to ensure your gear arrives quickly and safely. Once your package is shipped, it's the customer's responsibility to track and accept delivery. You can contact the carrier online or by phone to modify delivery detailed, such as signature requirements or instructions on where to leave the package. Please note, CanvasCamp is unable to handle these requests on your behalf.
All orders are deemed fulfilled once the shipping agent has marked the package as delivered. If you don’t accept the package in a timely manner and it gets returned, all shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refunds.
Easy Returns
We get it, sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you change your mind, contact us within 60 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange and obtain a return authorization.
To make a return, send an email to us@canvascamp.com (USA) or ca@canvascamp.com (Canada). We will generate and send you a return label. Don’t feel like going to the post office? We feel you—we are happy to schedule a pick up (if available) in your area.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for outbound and return shipping, plus a $30 restocking fee on tents and stoves.
Returns must be received in the original packaging. If there are damages to the packaging upon your receipt, please indicate this on your return request and provide images.
Refunds or store credit (if returned after 60 days) are issued for items that are:
- In new and unused condition
- Complete with all original parts, packaging, and instructions
- Free of dirt, damage, and wear from use, storage, or transport
- Packed the same way you received it
Partial refunds or store credit may be issued at our discretion for returned items that are:
- Used
- Lightly soiled or dirty
- Packed improperly
- Returned without original packaging
- Returns initiated 60 days or more after delivery
No refunds will be issued for returned items that are:
- Incomplete or missing parts
- Damaged in any way
- Dirty
- Lost in return transit (it is strongly recommended that a tracking number be issued)
- Returns initiated 60 days or more after delivery
- Returns sent back without first contacting CanvasCamp
On the off chance you receive the incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing defect, we will immediately inform our fulfillment center and resolve the issue. And of course, we will cover all related shipping costs.
Floor model and open box tents purchased on clearance (as noted on the product page) are not eligible for returns, as they have been inspected, spot cleaned, and retreated—by our team, as necessary.
