Affirm

Affirm lets you split your purchase into 4 instalments, or over up to 60 months. Interest rates may be as low as 0% for up to 12 months, but the exact rate and available terms (up to 60 months) depend on your credit. The maximum cart amount allowed is $30,000 USD, though approval still depends on credit. For qualified applicants, Affirm can finance up to $20,000 USD.

How it works:

Choose your tent and head to checkout.
Select Credit Card > Affirm as your payment method.
If you don’t already have an Affirm account, fill out a quick application and get an instant decision. You will either be redirected to Affirm's website or an embedded window will pop up on the CanvasCamp site.
Verify your phone number, pick your payment plan (number of installments, amount per payment) and then confirm.
Once confirmed, you'll be redirected back to our site with your confirmation number!

Klarna

Klarna lets you split your purchase into 4 instalments to be paid every two weeks, or over 30 days with no interest. If that's not enough, you can also pay up to 24 months with interest. There is no predefined spending limit — every purchase is approved on a case-by-case basis.

How it works:

Choose your tent and head to checkout.
Select Credit Card > Klarna as your payment method.
Don’t have a Klarna account? Fill out a quick application and get an instant decision.

PayPal Credit

PayPal Credit is an open end (revolving), reusable line of credit that, if approved, will automatically be added to your PayPal account. PayPal Credit offers no interest if your balance is paid in full within 6 months.

How it works:

Login to your PayPal account and click on “PayPal Credit” in the top menu (or under “Pay & Get Paid” > “Financing” if you're on the dashboard). Click "Apply Now" → The application process involves providing your date of birth, net income after taxes, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. You'll receive an instant decision upon submission.
If/when approved, head to our site, choose your tent and head to checkout.
Select PayPal as your payment method
Choose PayPal Credit.

PayPal Pay Later

PayPal Pay Later lets you split purchases of up to $1,500 into 4 interest-free monthly installments.

How it works:

Choose your tent and head to checkout.
Select PayPal as your payment method.
At PayPal Checkout, you should see PayPal Pay Later options. Availability depends on the cart amount and your eligibility.
Choose the specific Pay Later option presented.
Either sign into your PayPal account or create one, review the loan/terms, and receive an instant decision. The first installment/down payment is collected at the time of purchase.
Once confirmed, you'll be redirected back to our site with your confirmation number!

Choosing a long-term pay later option with interest?

Here are a couple things to note:

Your interest rate will depend on credit worthiness
The APR (annual percentage rate) is never as much as you think! For 6 months, you are charged only a half of that rate (for half a year). If you're paying down the balance every month, you're only charged interest on the remaining balance, not the original amount. All this means that your actual interest ends up being much lower: for example ~2.5% on a 6 month plan, instead of 5% over 12 months.
