Sibley Fly UV 600

The Australian-designed knotted Duralon® awning fabric offers advanced protection by blocking up to 90% of harmful UV rays, helping to maintain a cooler and more comfortable environment underneath. Its unique weave contains millions of tiny holes, allowing air to pass through freely, which makes it highly resistant to wind.

Thanks to its thermal performance, the temperature beneath the sail can be up to 32% lower compared to standing in direct sunlight.

Designed for intensive and professional use - The UV Fly is a rugged all-season double roof built to withstand very strong desert winds while shielding and keeping your tent cool.

Extends the lifespan - Keeping the UV-rays of the sun from eroding your tents coating. 

Insulating Properties - Creates a well ventilated space between the canvas and the fly, helping regulate temperature inside your tent. Keeps it cooler in hot sun and reduces heat loss in cold conditions — ideal for desert camping.

The UV Fly’s are only compatible with tents of the same size. For instance, a Fly 400 is designed to fit the Sibley 400 tent specifically and will not fit the Sibley 300 or 450.

Wood-Burning Stove: 

This type of double roof is not suitable for use with a wood-burning stove. We strongly advise against this combination, as polyester is highly flammable and can easily catch fire or sustain heat damage.

However, we understand that some customers have installed a stove jack in their UV Fly and are using a wood-burning stove. However, if you decide to proceed, please exercise caution and use common sense. Ensure proper ventilation, keep a fire extinguisher nearby, and have an emergency plan in place. Most importantly, only burn 100% clean and kiln-dried wood. Still, we recommend opting for a Fly All Season instead for safer use.
