Add an extra layer of safety to your tent stove setup with our DIY Fire-Resistant Stove Jack. Made from heatproof materials, it protects your canvas from high temperatures and sparks around the pipe exit. The flap can be sewn in by a professional sailmaker or seamstress for the most secure installation, but it can also be glued directly to your tent for a DIY solution.
The standard opening fits stove pipes up to 11 cm (4 ⅓ in) in diameter, and can be cut larger if required. The flap can be used on its own or in combination with a stove jack, and it allows you to close off the pipe opening when your stove isn’t in use.
Important safety tip: always use a double-walled stove pipe when exiting your tent to reduce heat transfer and maximize protection.
