Winnerwell Nomad View - Large Portable Tent Stove

The Winnerwell® Nomad Large wood stove is carefully crafted from 304 stainless steel, making it portable, easy to use, and durable. The Winnerwell Large series is the largest stove in our collection. It’s perfect for heating and cooking canvas tents, wall tents, tipis, cabins, tiny houses, patios, and more. The Nomad stove is an ideal companion for camping and outdoor recreation.

With its rectangular shape, shelves, window, and four legs, the Winnerwell Nomad series stoves are truly unique in the world of portable wood stoves. The Nomad series stoves have 4 legs, giving them a smaller footprint than the Woodlander series. The legs are easy to fold in and out and can be raised with Winnerwell leg extensions, if desired.

The front and side windows of the Nomad View add extra ambiance while providing the ability to keep an eye on the fire and adjust it as needed. Airflow is easily controlled using the ventilation slide on the front and the damper in the first pipe section. The stove efficiently heats larger spaces and features a functional cooking surface for meal preparation. The foldable shelves are ideal for placing pots, kettles, or drying wet socks.

Specs: Fully made from 304 stainless steel, with 3.2mm thick material for the cooking surface and 1.6mm thick material for the stove. High-quality stainless steel offers several benefits: it doesn’t rust or corrode—an enormous advantage in rugged outdoor environments; it can withstand higher temperatures than mild steel, allowing thinner material to be used on the stove’s cooking surface, reducing weight significantly, making the stove more portable; and finally, after the first burn, the stainless steel develops a beautiful patina.

Recommended accessories: Exit 1 or Exit 45 stove jack. For additional cooking tools, we recommend the large water tank and the 3.5” pipe oven. The water tank is excellent for melting snow and ice into drinking water, and when the stove is burning efficiently, the tank boils water in minutes due to its location at the back of the cooking surface and the bottom of the stove pipe where heat is concentrated. The 3.5” pipe oven is generously sized with two shelves and is perfect for baking cookies, potatoes, and more. Using a large frying pan or roasting pan on the cooking surface combined with the pipe oven creates a highly functional camping kitchen setup.
