Canvas treated to be UV-resistant, colourfast, water-repellent, mold and rot resistant while retaining its breathable character.

The coating was embedded in the fibers of the tent canvas before the tent was produced.

Cotton canvas provides natural waterproofing and breathability. Cotton fibers swell when damp, enhancing waterproofing.  Tight canvas weave prevents rain from penetrating, while the surface tension of water drops on the outside combined with the steep angle of the canopy allows water to bead and run off. Moisture held in the air on the inside is still able to escape directly through the fabric, keeping internal humidity low and mitigating condensation.

Equipped with an open-folding top so you can easily leave the tent with a stove pipe without having to adjust the tent, or a small open fire if you use them without a groundsheet, or just to ventilate on a hot day. You can operate the multifunctional top while the tent is standing from the outside using ropes. The groundsheet is made of light but strong, 100% waterproof thermally laminated PVC (480 gr/m²). The groundsheet with 10 cm raised walls protects you against everything and makes camping on any surface possible. Even when the tent is in standing water for a long time. Furthermore, it can be completely zipped off so you can set up the tent without a groundsheet, or for easy cleaning. Are you more of a fan of the natural feeling of sand between your toes? Then you can also leave the groundsheet at home and set up the tent without it.

Exceptionally storm-resistant: The conical shape makes the tent perfectly aerodynamic and can therefore withstand a lot of wind load when properly tensioned. Furthermore, due to the steep slope of the roof and the guy ropes that keep it in tension, it can also withstand a very high snow load without affecting the integrity of the tent. When the weather is nice, you can keep the door open with handy quick-release fasteners and close the secondary mosquito net door for optimal ventilation, without insects. Reliable zippers from a quality brand: SBS zippers - ISO 17025. UV-treated guy ropes with plastic tensioners for easy tensioning. The guy ropes consist of the inner core and the outer sheath. Both the inner core and the outer sheath are composed of high-quality UV-resistant polyester. The inner core provides the rope's primary strength and load-bearing capacity, while the outer sheath serves as a protective layer for increased durability. The central tent pole is made of galvanized steel, and is spring loaded for easy assembly. A cleverly designed central pole protects the tent. Tent pegs made of forged steel, also suitable for hard surfaces. Electricity access point. All Traveler models have the option to run electrical wiring inside. You do this via the two recesses at the bottom left and right of the front door and via the 'cable access point'.
